A grown-up escape shaped to your rhythm
A secluded estate on a private shoreline, made for guests who like the setting to whisper. Twenty-three years on, the greeting feels unchanged from that very first morning.
One room at a time.
When we opened in 2003 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one principle: guests are not revenue units — they are people we have welcomed into our home. Twenty-three years later we hold 220 keys, four restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong one. Over twenty-three years we chose one and held to it. Everyone on our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was hired, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what excellence looks like. No building can manufacture that on its own. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next twenty-three years surpass the last.
